The staff at StarDome is a family. From ensuring job security to sharing chicha during work breaks, our goal is to make sure each member feels valued and supported.
Community
We recognize the importance of resources to education, and of education to a person’s opportunities in life. A portion of our profits goes to local schools in Ollantaytambo, in hopes of increasing opportunity in the community from which StarDome received its own.
